Just keep stretching, that's one of the best ways to learn.
But if you want to do it sooner just push yourself to go a little further,
Even if it hurts like a , which it does.

Stretch with warm muscles after excercising or a shower(assuming you take a hot shower)and breathing slowly. Remember that it pays to keep each stretch for at least 30seconds and then prolong the time you stetch.
