    Handle stuck
    The handle won't pull, I didn't have oil in when I first started it :eek: , running it for about 15 minutes

    What is it, your lawnmower? The engine may have seized from no oil.

    You have seized the engine. You may be able to save it, and there again, you may not. Remove the spark plug, put some penetrating oil into the spark plug hole, allow it to set a little while. And then try to work the rope.
