I am in the process of a divorce from my wife. Can I file a lien on the marital home for the equity that has acculmulated during the time we shared the residence. There is appriximately $100,000.00 equity. I live in the state of Washington.

Yes you will have to seek ownership in divorce court and their rules as to who will own and what will be decided there
