My boyfriend and I bought a home together as joint tenants 8 years ago. We took his name off the title about 5 years ago but we now want to add his name back on the title. How do I go about doing this? Do I contact the title company, mortgage company or do I have to go through a third party? The home is not paid for so there is no deed. We just want him on the title in case anything happens to me.
