    Well, what are you doing?
    How old are you?
What's your workout routine? How often?
How much do you want to lose?
    What's your diet?

It is a fairly simple concept.

As long as you burn more calories than you consume each day, you will loose weight, there is no way around it.

Have you figured out your calorie intake each day? Even healthy foods contain calories on a varying level. Once you know how many calories you are taking in, then you need to figure out the number of calories being burned in your exercise routine.

Just keep the burned total higher than the intake total and you will see success.

Stop weighing yourself and go with how your clothes are fitting and how you feel.
