Hi I received my 3 credit reports and I see items I paid already but to another collection agency that is not on my crp also to the creditor ,what is the first step to clearing this up I have the recipt for the items I paid .

From your post, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying that you paid off a collection to one company and not it is showing up as unpaid with another company?

If that is not it, can you explain better?
