I met a man just over five years ago. We dated for three months, but it never really took off. I was very kind to him, probably gave too much. Gave a gift and birthday dinner. It was a sexual relationship. Finally he just "poofed."
Every year or so I'd get an email from him saying hello and that's it.
Finally two years ago he called and we spoke. I was very nice and asked why he was calling. He said that he remembered how nice I was, escpecially when he looked at his gift. He said he liked me and wanted to meet up again. I was busy at the time and never confirmed a date with him.
Jan. 2008 I text message him and he was happy to hear from me and started to pursue with steady phone calls and invitations to his new home for dinner. After a couple months of long phone conversations he started to grow on me so I went for dinner.
I thought we had a great time. Slept with him. Not going to beat myself up about that. I wanted to to. He kissed me good-bye and said I'll call you.
Two days later I called him. He never returned my call.
I'm August 26, 1959, he's December 17, 1955.
What happened? Will he be back?
