I have a 6 month old yellow lab female. She has been doing great in the crate training department. She never had an accident in her crate until after I had her spayed. I had this done in the beginning of January. She pooped twice in her crate the night I brought her home. The vet said she had a stressed stomach from the surgery. She pooped twice more in three days. I took her back to the vet, she had to have 2 shots and be put on special food for a couple weeks. She recovered and was doing very well. Two weeks ago she pooped AND peed in the crate. NEVER PEED BEFORE! She pooped again last night too. She always cried or barked before when she needed to go out and I always got up to let her out no matter what time it was. She does good when I'm home at sitting by the door when she needs to go out. I took the divider out of her crate to give her more room, I don't now if I need to put it back in? I watch her at night to make sure that she's pooped before I put her bed. Do I need to put her on a schedule for eating? I was feeding her once in the morning and at night around 5-5:30. Any help would be appeciated!
