Do you have a middle name or something, I have come up with 22 people with that first and last name, there were several older, born in the 1950's and some born in the 1970's

Well my mom told me it was so yes I'm pretty sure!

The reason for asking is I am still waiting on a response from a buddy of a, "Sean B. Boyle", who was also in the Navy and was in the Phillipeans. He had to search the exact years that his family member was there. Consequently, there is a, "Sean B. Boyle", listed with the website of your military posting. Just researching all possibilities.

I've left post on the same sites as you but geared them to be personalized to other service members who listed their time in the service to be about the time as Sean B. O'boyle. I did call a few libraries for information to cross reference units that were stationed in the Phillipeans during the time frame you stated. I am still waiting patiently for an email to clear up the last name discrepancy.

There has been no definite information to substantiate if this, "Sean B. Boyle", is the person you are looking for. Everything else seems to fit but haven't received confirmation on a tour in the Phillipeans.
