Willow trees are rapidly spreading around detention pond. Need something to get rid of them without killing turtles, fish, and frogs. Would appreciate some help.

Willow is a hard one. I would suggest cutting it with a saw or chainsaw, and keep on cutting them down until they get the idea. Weedkiller is unlikely to work, without killing off all the other plants in the area.
