I know he pulled out before sperm came out because a little got on me.so am I pregnant or not

Its too soon to know. And even if you are, only a pregnancy test or dr's visit can tell you for sure, not anyone here. If I were you, I'd wait until my next period was supposed to start and if it doesn't come when expected take a test.
