Microdermals have a risk of developing abscesses with infective fluid inside of them. There is a high possibility that that is what this bump is. You may want to see a doctor.

Hi! I have the same piercing and had the same problem. But I was told to soak my finger in sea salt and warm water for about a half hour three or four times a week for two weeks. It really worked! I got a hand cream too to put on afterwards so my hand wouldn't dry up. Defo try it its crazy the difference it mad :)
