All of a sudden I been getting sharp pain in my lower pelvic region going into my side and stomach and going pee makes it hurt worse what can the cause be also I took extra strength excedrin and it still not working

I have no medical training but kidney stone or appendicitus are possibilities.

Either of those or other possibilities should be checked by a Doctor immediately.
