I am just wondering where my life will go from here? What's next for me? Is my father my biological father? :confused:

You life will go in whatever direction you choose, most of the time. It depends on what choices you make. We, in many, many ways, determine our own future, by those choices.
The only way to know if your Father is you Biological Father is to ask him, your Mom, or have some DNA testing done. This testing can answer that question.
