I'm a 18 year old and I have been having this problem maybe for about 6 to 7 months and I don't like it; it concerns me because I don't know what it is but is there anything I can do to stop the stuff coming out?

And another thing... I have had sex 4 time my whole life and they all are just recently and all the times I would not last long at all... do I have any problems?

You need to see a doctor about this. It does not sound normal to have any kind of discharge.

The first thing you should learn in Sex Education - AND from your parents, is that Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are serious and usually start with symptoms similar to what you describe. So... don't just sit there, get checked, and reassured if it is something simple, and healed if it is something serious.

From now on, please take your body serious, use maximum protection while learning about the joys and pains of your newly experienced sexuallity.
