Hi does any one know ow I can get onto the deep web of an ordinary computer?

The term you are using refers to the internet, not to specific computers.

I don't think there is a deep web on a computer, only on the web.

Please define what you mean by "deep web"?

There is no such thing. There are hidden URLs and password protected sites. This site won't help you with illegal hacking. What kind of information were you looking for?
