"ok, i had sex on december 22nd, i was on the pill. I got my period on
thursday jan 10, last until sunday, which is normal for me. Me and my
bf had sex that sunday night with no protection and i had not started a
new pack of pills because i didnt have any(long story). We had sex again
around jan 20th, first with no condom, then he put one on. I got a UTI
around then and went to the dr for meds, on jan 23rd i had my annual pap.
A week later i had severe cramping didnt know what was wrong. On
february 2nd i took a pg test and it was positive, i went to the ER they did
one it was negative so they took blood and that was positive, my HCG
level was about 158. They did an internal ultrasound to see if it was
ectopic but the tech said she couldnt see anything, not even a sac, that
i was too early. If i would have conceived from the Dec 22nd sex would
you have been able to see at least a sac or anything on feb 2nd? i
would have been almost 8 weeks gestational from my dec period and almost 6
weeks fetal age from that as well. I then had an US done on March 13th
when i 9wks based off my january period, they told me i was right on
exactly. How accurate is that? it was also transvaginal and would they
have been able to tell then if the baby was really concieved in december
and further along? please help, i need some assurance because im reading
books that say that this and that should happen at this time, but im
having some of that now which leads me to believe im further along then i
    am. HELP!!"

The earlier the US is done, the more accurate it is. If you have questions about your due date, talk to your doc. US are pretty accurate with dates but not 100%. According to all of my US I was 3-4weeks further along, it turns out he was just a big boy. Good luck!

The books are very helpful at times, and other times can make you think that everything is wrong :) I hope all goes well with your pregnancy!
