Rough guide is about 20-25% of getting pregnant each cycle. Now, saying that, you will have some couples who try for a year or so before they fall pregnant and then you will have someone else who gets pregnant on the first try. Generally, it can be helpful to start trying several days before (and through) ovulation to have the sperm waiting and ready as waiting for THE day can result in missing that small window of time that the egg is viable once it is released.
