It is in a pumphouse with a well when the pump runs water goes all over the floor it goes down a drain hole where there's this pipe the water is suppose to flow through the pipe but there's a rock lodged in it the pipe is about an inch in diameter

OK so this is a drain pipe in the floor and a rock dropped down into it, right? Try reaching down with a shop vac with no attachments on the hose, just the hose by itself. It should get a pretty good pull on a rock. If not come back with more details.
