I have a 1999 honda accord v6. When I go to start the car I hear clicking sound. The car will not start. I think it the starter and if it is the starter where is it located. Thank you

Follow the Big Battery Positive wire(red?), it will go to solenoid then to Starter, and is usually on the same side of the car as the Battery. Measure Voltage at starter.
Remove Battery positive when changing starter is suggested by most Manufacturers.
Don't know what years disconnecting battery required code for radio.

I would try to jump start the car first; it could just be that your battery is dead.
