    Garnishment and Stimulas Payment
I have a wage garnishment for my Student Loan. Will I still get my Stimulas Payment?

Depends on what stage of collection the student loan is in.

If your tax refunds for the past year was confiscated for the outstanding student loan debt (and I suspect that is the case if they are garnishing your wages), then the stimulus payment will also be so confiscated.

You will get stimulus rebate if you otherwise qualify but it will be adjusted against the student loan amount.
