Finding Your MAC address

For non-computer devices (routers, printers, etc.), it is usually on a sticker on the bottom or rear of the device.

The MAC address can be found from the system profiler. For OSX, click on the apple icon and about this mac. The MAC address will be found under the network listing.

Sometimes, for network devices such as printers, they have a built in web browser. In the network portion, you will find the MAC address.

The MAC address is preconfigured to each network device. As mentioned above, most devices will have a sticker on the back that has the MAC address.
