    Valid Notarization
If a signature is notarized by a European-Hungary- notary, is that notarization accepted in US/Massachusetts civil courts as a valid notarization?

I would say yes but there are special conditions: From the US Consulate: "Apostilles
Because Hungary and the United States are parties to the Hague Convention on the Legalization of Foreign Public Documents, there is an alternative procedure for the notarization of Hungarian-origin documents destined for use in the United States. This alternative notarization procedure is called an Apostille, and is provided by the Hungarian Government. This process legalizes Hungarian documents for use in the United States. "

    Apostille Help
This can be a tricky process. I think it may be best to contact an Apostille professional to answer this one. Could save you a lot of time and worry.
