What is the possible sentence for foreign citizen who caught trespassing private area in the state of Washington?

Ok, is this someone from Iran tresspassing around the home of a rocket scientist. Or is it a college student who was on a scavinger hunt



Normally criminal trespass ( well normally you are not even arrested) normally you are just warned and escorted off Unless there were large signs and it was just tresspassing on property. ( not inside buildings)

You could be arrested, held to you post bail, and then normally pay a fine.

What about INSIDE buildings??

Normally tresspass inside a building is called breaking and entering,
(in GA even if the building is unlocked)

For that you are looking at up to 10 years depending on "why" and "how" you got in.

Where you in a barm or shed, or commercial building.

Where you a salesman that just went into the "employee only door"
