My snapper mower boggs down when blades are engagued runs good with no load. Have done all the tune up things carb clean twice ,plug,filter, gas , think carb may be out of adjust any suggestions or carb settings. Thanks.

When you cleaned the carb, did you remove the welch plug and clean the ports there? Did you rod out the jets? Did you check the condition of the screw in jet tips?
