Hey guys, I need a bit of help, a tad confused, I'm 17 years of age, and usually have a regular period, I am on the pill cilest, and I am very positive that I missed 4 pills around the time of ovulation (not 100% sure about ovulation) me and my other half had sex around that time, I was due on my period on Saturday 26th April, I am now 3 nearly 4 days late,

I have stomach cramps like I am getting my period, but it just doesn't seem to come, I'm feeling rather tired with slight sickness, I do have very sore nipples too, and am very bloated... im not sure though, I am not stressed nor ill..

I have taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative..

Any help would be appriciated, please don't discriminate due to my age, just need help please

Well you need to take your pills every day you wake up and take care of yourself or tell your mom to wake you up or something that works for you or write a big marker and a paper and say remember my medecine

That doesn't really answer my question though! I was away from home when I forgot to bring them, and was a bit far from home to just go back and get them, it didn't occur to me

Hun when I was 17 I did get pregnant and I made my decisions and I'm 20 now and I'm living the best life I could imagine, so its not the end of the world! Hell I even managed to never let my parents find out, they will never know!!

But hun it doesn't matter when you miss a pill! The combined pill makes you stop ovulating! So if you miss pills at any time in the pack apart from the break you can ovulate and you can get pregnant!

My advise is STOP TAKING THE PILL IF YOU STILL ARE! If you decide to keep the baby you could be damaging it in unfixable ways! Go see a doctor in a family planning clinic if your too shy to go to your GP!

Its not the end of the world! Just see a doctor first before you start to stress! Take care!xx

Fairy cakes, thank you very much hun, you have been very comforting, I mean, its weird, I feel like I am pregnant and I really want to keep if I am, but the thing is I still don't know, I've taken a test and its negative, so I don't understand, maybe I taken it too early?

How late is your period? If it gets to a week after its due id say take another one, but relax until then. Your period only comes when your healthy, so relax eat your favorite foods. And a bit of shopping you can't really afford always helps me! :D

And if it gives you some relief, as soon as I peed on the frickin thing it went positive, there was no doubt! I didn't even have to wait! I was mid pee and there was that pink feckin line!! :L But I was over 2 months before I had the guts to do anything, I had a very sheltered life. I really hope you have someone you can turn to, unfortunately that I didn't have!x

Yeah... thinking you are pregnant can totally delay your period. That has happened to me every other month for the past 2 years. Very sore, sore boobs and bloatedness comes along with a late period. Also, remember the day when you could have conceived... I believe you get cramps 7-10 days after conception when the egg is being fertilized. I believe you can take a home pregnancy test again and the results should be accurate.
