Hi,

We have a wireless ADSL modem router, which is plugged into the computer but it keeps on disconnecting, I will be on a webpage and I will be shown the "page cannot be displayed" and I will click on the test connectvity button and it will, after I have done the connection test reconnect me to the internet but I have to do this at least 4 or 5 times in the hour. Does anyone know why this is and how I can get the internet to stop cutting out?

Are you using filters correctly. No more than 5 and connected to everything but the modem?

What's the general condition of the wiring in your home?

How is it connected to your computer? USB or Ethernet?

Its connected to PC via ethernet. One filter at each phone plug in our house (a total of 2). I think the wiring is OK as the telephone works fine?
