    big mistake
How long the city of ottawa takes to send a letter with a fine for shoplifting
I was arrested a month ago for shoplifting at the bay and the security guard there said I will receive a letter from acclaim layers to pay a fine and another one from the city of ottawa and no criminal charges will be laid there will be just a civil charge. I need to find out how long it takes exactly to receive both letters as I am going for a few months trip and need this sorted before then

Thanks a lot for your help and sharing your experience

You should be getting them by now, best bet, give them a call and see if you can pay.
