One dollar to two dollar at most, and these will have to be fine or very fine grades. You will find many only worth a few cents.

It's true that monetarily, it probably isn't worth all that much and how much it is worth monetarily does greatly depend on the condition of it. However, what items like this are worth in terms of money, does greatly depend on what people are willing to pay for them. It is possible, that you might find someone who needs that particular coin in order to further complete a collection and who might be willing to pay you more than listed values for it in order for them to be able to complete their collection. Just a thought for you...

Robert5615- ( Clough and FR_chuck ) gave you some very good information AND they are RIGHT.:: You did not say just what kind of condition the coin is in?? Also there were -3mints involved in minting the coin ( ON the face of the coin just to the right of the LEFT shoulder , that is where the mint mark is at , ( if NO mint mark ,Then it was philidelph mint ) ( if there is a -D- that is the denver mint) ( if there is a -S- that will be the SAN FRANSICO MINT) NOw I have placed on this site , Just what to look for on any coin( THEY WILL VARY -DUE to design on coin front and back , it gives you a pretty good idea of just what to look for in each grade of a coin ( IT GIVES FROM -- G-4 TO MS-63 ,
YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL LIBERY ( MOST ) AND GET A COIN BOOK AND LOOK IT UP ( YOUR COIN ) AND IT GIVES THE VALUE FOR EACH " GRADE " WALMART & BOOKS A MILLION HAS THE CURRENT YEAR COIN BOOKS ) ( YOU NEED TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE COIN HAD A " DOUBLE DIE " < LINCOLNS 1909 SVBD IS Valuable <IT CAME OUT AGAIN IN 1918 :: THERE IS SO MANY THINGS THAT MAKES A COIN MORE VAULABLE ::: GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS I HOPE I HAVE YOUI OUT < ::F.B.E.

Hate to disappoint, but the 1919 is probably the least valued Lincoln from that era. Just like the 1939 Jefferson Nickel. I get one of those in pocket change once every couple years. But its good to put in that little drawer of old coins that everyone seems to have.
