    Putting off a foreclosure
A friend of mine is being forclosed on. He has less than 2 weeks to leave and is having trouble finding a place. I can't take him in because of the room.
Anyhow, is there a way to put it off a couple of weeks so he can be sure to get settled.

I have been in the business for over 10 years. I don't know if it true. But, check it out and hurry. Call Countrywide Mortgage or Well Fargo Mortgage section. Some program called NACA. I hope I am spelling it right. This program help people buy home and save homes. You will have to quality. Not by credit. Your job is your credit. They will help you save your home and give downpayments for a home. There will be classes and a lot of questions. But it is worth it. Also a quick sale could have got him out of trouble. I wish I had seen this before it had gotten this far. He could have leased/Purchase his home. The big downpayment the new renters would have given would have saved the home. I just helped a lady in the same situation. He should rent a home from someone that will not pull his credit. An individual. Also, an investor may have bought his home. How many payments is he behind? The mortgage companies have programs too. How much money, have he saved to get out of this problems he knew was coming? Did he lose his job? ]
