It's been almost 4 weeks since she broke up with me. It seemed to be getting better but now I'm right back where I started. I woke up at 1 a.m. thinking about her and have been awake since. I have been staying busy, working out, etc. etc. and she is at the front of my mind all of the time. I am hurting so bad. Does anyone have any more ideas on how to cope? I know time is the ultimate answer but I've never felt this bad before.
