Changing and taking a child off child support
Is a lawyer necessary on taking an 18 year old off child support? Can there be a paralegal? What papers are necessary to file?

When lowering child support, what papers would I need?

First off where are you ? Then maybe we can help. Also just because a child is 18 doeant always mean child support stops. In some states it runs till they are 21 and in most states they have to finish HS. So if the child turned 18 in Jan then you would still pay through June ( graduation )
