I Am A Single Parent With A Child Outside My Previous Relationship Which Broke Down , But I Have Two Children For The Previous Relationship
I Have Ask My Previous Partner If I Am Able To See The Kids On Monday And Tuesday Which I Do Have Done For Almost Three Months And Now She Is Refusing Me The Rights To See My Children What Can I Do ?
There are aged 2 and 1 and she has always tried to keep them away from me
Do I need to inform her where I live as if I do that I am afradi that she will cause me problems as she is not entirely happy about me bringing up the son I have ,

You mean you have your kids a couple of days a week and she does not know where you live, how do you manage that? Has she told you why she does not want you to see your kids?
Why don't you take her to court for visitation or joint custody. If you already have legal custody of one child things would certainly be in your favor.

What you don't say is whether you have court ordered visitation. If you don't then you need to go to Family Court and set up a visitation schedule. Without a court order your rights are limited.
