I am being sued by a credit card company and need to attend civil court , there is a levy on my checking account ,(the total included interest is $862.50) I went to court last week to answer / show cause . However , I will be going to court next week for a Bench Trial. Any Advice. Thank you . LMCgirl213

Ask for proof that it's your debt (which you may have already done) and take proof that it's already been paid.

How did they issue a levy without a Judgment, if you know - ?

If you did not pay it and it's your debt, is it within the Statute?
