How do I over come that problem with the feeling of having a low self-esteem.
Think about things that are positive and quit dwelling on negative.
Instead of thinking you are not good enough find things that build yourself up-- build on your good qualities basically.
Instead of thinking you can't get anywhere think of where you want to get and how to get there.
I think justcurious once said this to me... :
Look in the mirror 2 - 3 times a day, and tell yourself that you love yourself. Be serious about it, and really mean it. It seems silly, but keep at it.

I also heard that to 'reprogram' your thinking you have to repeat the same thing for at least 21 days.Quote:
