You are doing a couple of different things here. You are leaking at the carb bowl due to either a bad gasket, or flooding due to a float and needle problem, and the fuel line is leaking due to either a lack of clamps, or cracks in the line. You could also be sucking in air through the cracks, but with the excessive fuel, I think you will find your problem at the carb bowl, either the gasket, or the float and needle.
