2000 Altima all guages just stopped working-gas gauge, speedometer ,odometer

They were out for about 20 minutes and then started working again. Any ideas on what is wrong? :-/

Ounds like a loose connection somewhere. You might be lucky and it is something easy to get at like the gauge fuse. Otherwise it could mean pulling the gauge pod and checking all the connections you could find. The speedometer used to die on a Grand Am I had. I finally cleaned the contacts between the gauge pod and dash.

My mother has a 2000 Altima with the same problem.
Sorry I can't be of help as I'm searching for the answer to this problem too.
You can try replacing the speed sensor, I did but it did not correct the problem.:(

I have a 2000 Altima also with the same problem, I changed the whole cluster and still same problem. Im thinking about taking it to the dealer. Have you had any luck with this?
