Tom cat she had babies and won't feed them she just walks by

If the mom doesn't want to feed her babies, you may have to bottle feed them. It is possible she just doesn't want to be a parent and will just ignore the babies until they die... I've heard some cases where the mom will even kill them herself if she doesn't want them. It's unfortunate, but it does happen. Baby kittens need to eat every 3-4 hours so if the mom is not willing to take care of her young, you can always get kitten milk-replacement from your vet or a pet store should carry it. Just make sure it's the mother's milk replacer, and that you don't give them cow's milk... I work at an animal hospital, and it's crazy how many times I've seen kittens come in sick and some die because people didn't know any better and fed the babies regular milk out of their fridge. :-\

I agree, you have to play the parent. Bottle feed, clean and everything. It may be a hard job but just think of the poor kittens.

If possible you can also try to find another cat in the area that also just had kittens and put your kittens with that cat for the time being. Most cats that have had kittens will a majority of the time 'adopt' them and feed them just like her own kittens.
