I am at the very end of my 39wks in my first pregnancy. I just lost all of my mucous plug. How long before I will go into labor?

It's hard to say. Could be today or could be two weeks from now. As you know, every woman is different as is every pregnancy.

Are you dilated? Effaced?

Hard to tell. Sometimes the plug means the event is immenent within a day or so. Once the water comes gushing out then we've got a winner here! Contact your dr and let him know about the plug and see what he says. He might want to see you in his office if he doesn't get to see you in the hospital before office appointment. Good luck!
