My new puppy's eye is glazed over and looks like its turning blue, is he sick or going blind?

It's really hard to say without actually seeing your puppy. Please take him to the vet before it's too late! The sooner, the better, and you really shouldn't wait with something like that!! He could be in pain and he can't tell you. :(
