I got my bank account restrained by two different law firms; I planned to go ahead with an income execution if so will the restraining be lifted once I start making the payments?
Also will any money go to a restrainer after a certain period? Thanks

Are you in the US? What do you mean by a restraning order?

If you are in the US, what you have is your bank account frozen. This can not happen until there was judgement ( law suit)

So once it is frozen, they will be taking the money that is in the account out unless you go to court and show cause why they can not.

Now if this is not the US, the laws will differ
