Normally white smoke is an idicator of a "cold engine" or a engine burning engine coolant. I don't think that liquid cooled, I would change gas out and try again, maybe let it idle a minute of two so see if it goes away?

As long as the smoke is just at the start up, I would not be too concerned, this is a very common occurrence with today's small engines.
