I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's a health hazard for a dog to give birth twice in a year. It's been over 6 months since my dog has had her previous litter, and we think she may be pregnant again. So if anyone knows. Please let me know.

It can be dangerous. It depends on the dog and the dog it breed with. You should seek advice from a vet.

Is this planned breeding? if not, you may want to have her spayed.
