Have a 14.5 hp craftman M# 287707 set up for a year. Cleaned carb. Changed fuel filter and gas lines.
It will not start on are off choke, it will only start if I put a little fuel in the carb. Help please!:confused:

Try a carb re build kit

Clean the carb again, making sure the float and needle are activating correctly and you are able to get fuel through when float is in the down position.

Float and needle are working as they should. Once running it runs perfect.
I can shut it off and try to start it 10 secounds later and it will not ! I don't understand .
