    Total lack of air flow indicates the blower isn't moving.

    Has your factory warranty expired? How many miles?

    Having the condition diagnosed will be critical to determine if the problem is due to a programmer (HVAC problem) or simply the blower has failed and is open electrically, and is need of replacement.
