My daughter married a guy from the internet who is a non resident from Pakistan. He promised to move with her to our home in PA over a yr ago and we only see him every 8 weeks or so. She has listed him as living with us but he does not he lives in New York. If I turn him in for falsifying his residence on his attempt for status change will this have any bearing on his case. I do not trust this situation. He is only using us and her. Who do I contact if I need to?
