I have lost trust of my lover, I am a alcoholic she don't like me to consume alcohol. I had promised her many times that I will never consume alcohol but even after that I had repeated the same. Now she left me, but now I realized how important she is to me in my life. Now I have quit alcohol but I can't tell her, I am waiting for her in my life please tell me how to manage this, how to convince my love, how to regain her trust and love

Yes you should do it for yourself not for her. With or without your girlfriend quit taking liquors it will just ruin you life and your health will be affected. Be responsible.
