Now lawyers said their clients information is completely confidential. In addition, I went to the United States inheritance to the needs of lawyers in both Chinese and English letter, but has refused to lawyers sent a letter, said customers always ask for money thing. As the cousin and I inherited half of the estate, so I actually only about 250,000 dollars inherit the estate, if the custodian of wills to 140,000 dollars plus the cost of lawyers there are almost a tax and not heritage. Contact me I have the lawyers in the United States over the Internet search firm of sun&rosen. The lawyer is Junnifer.sun.

Are you sure this is real?? This sounds like one of the several scams that trick people into sending money.

So you know you really have this AUNT ? And you know she really died ?

If it is true, what you do is take the estate to PROBATE COURT, there the judge will rule on who gets the money according to the willl or the laws of the state. If there is any money due to be paid, it will be paid from the estate you do not have to send them personal money.

This is not the way it works in the US - someone is attempting to scam you. If you are the EXECUTOR you can be asked to be bonded but no one pays to qualify for an inheritance in the US.

I agree this sounds like a scam. Is it possible your aunt had a estate worth $500,000? Even if she did, you, as a heir, shouldn't have to pay anything.

What I would suggest you do is hire a local estate attorney, have them check the probate court to see if your aunt had a will that was probated and the status of that probate. Then you can know how to proceed.

Sounds like a scam to me too. If there were fees involved they are normally paid for from the estate itself. Another thing you might be able to do in your quest for the truth is contact the nearest embassy from your government that is located in the United States. You need to find out if your aunt held dual citizenship.
They also may be able to help you in your answer of is it true or not.

Yes, this is most certainly not how it happens in the US ( except for the part that people are ready to scam you all the time.)

It sounds like you may need to hire your own attorney ( OK you may have to pay them,) but contact the California Bar and get a referral to a probate attorney in that area. Also ask them to provide you with the name and number of the probate court.

So this is not true, you never pay a large amount to pay taxes and receive the money, the taxes and fees are held out and they just send you a check.

So this is all fake as to what they are telling you, so if there is an estate, someone lied to you. Get their address, the address of the probate court doing the estate and hire a local attorney to do the probate investigation, several hundred dollars to a real attoreny may prove this is all false, or it may show you do have an estate and these people are trying to cheat you out of it.
