Hello I'm twenty years old I've been have sex since I was 15 years old and most of the time I didn't use protection but I never been pregnant never had any miscarriage or abortion my doctor told me I can have kids but it never happen. I gave up on having kids. I just wonder can I have kids.

Sweetie, just because you aim a gun at your head and pull the trigger and don't get shot, doesn't mean you won't eventually.

The question is, are you in a stable serious relationship, can you physically, emotionally, and financially take care of a child. Why are you in such a hurry to have a baby? You do realize that unprotected sex=baby, sooner or later, or worse, STD, sooner or later. So far you've been lucky, I wouldn't count on that forever.

As far as your question, your doctor said yes, so I'm assuming he ran some tests or wasn't concerned because you've never actually "tried" to get pregnant. Don't worry, when you are ready it should happen, if it doesn't then the doctor will run tests on you and your spouse to find out why.

Trying to get pregnant can be more than just having sex without protection (although that does happen a good bit). A lot of women actually have to track their cycles, and also have a pre-conception doctor visit to "get their ducks in a row", and make sure that their body and everything is in good condition to carry a baby.
