I have a trust issue with my parents
They don't trust me because of the past things I've done
I need to know what are some things I can do to regain trust

Hey your in the same boat as me. My parents also don trust me. Just try do what ever they ask u to. They for sure will ask u to do something important as soon as they wan to test if they trust u or not.

Be honest with them, don't lie, don't sneak around, and talk to them.

Parents only want what's best for their kids. You admitted to doing bad things in the past, now it's time to show them that you won't repeat those mistakes. They just don't want you to get hurt, when you realize that and keep your word then they will trust you again.
